Blue Grass Pool Open to the Public

Blue Grass Inn & Suites’ indoor pool is open to the public. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to use the pool. The hotel offers swimming passes and public hours.

The two-story glass-enclosed pool area at Audubon’s Blue Grass Inn & Suites is ideal for swimming and relaxing on a cold winter day.

The pool is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Public pool hours are based on hotel occupancy on Fridays and Saturdays. Check with the front desk to see if the pool is open to the public.

“A single pass is good for all day, and you may come and go as you like,” said Blue Grass Inn & Suites manager Kimberly Irlbeck.

Pool Pass Rates

• Single Pass (ages six and older) – $7
• Children 5 and younger – Free
• Monthly Pool Pass (ages six and older) – $50
• Yearly Pool Pass (family) – $500

An adult must accompany children under the age of 14. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Those using the pool must follow the safety rules posted in the pool area.

Coolers, alcohol, outside beverages, and food are prohibited in the pool area. However, bottled water and other non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased in the Market Place in the hotel lobby.

However, pool toys are welcome and may be used during public pool hours at Blue Grass Inn & Suites.

The hotel pool is 5 feet deep at its deepest point. The pool area also includes a Jacuzzi.

The hotel provides pool towels. Two public unisex/family restrooms in the pool area can be used as changing rooms.

A handicap pool lift can help those with mobility issues access the pool.

To purchase a pool pass, visit the hotel’s front desk. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Before using the pool, members of the public must check in at the front desk.
